These course are designed to support our consultancy and also support a new client base in the Milling Industry,as well as the bakery sector as whole, these course bring an exceptional value added aspect to the industry.
More importantly it brings new streams of education and technical ability to the industry, we remove barriers and aged old excuses such as its the flour. Bakers are a rare breed in today’s world and society and we need to ensure the artisan skill base is preserved and protected and young people are brought and encouraged into the industry.
Education, training, sharing and mentoring are all ways e can do this, we as an industry need to create excitement and add some sparkle to one of the oldest crafts known to man and create more excitement for the baking industry. Its not just about getting out of bed in the early hours and working through the night.
The industry has changed and changed for the better we need to invest time and ensure young see this and the great satisfaction there is in the industry.
We have added the Milling courseS for 2015 and hope to have these course and Masterclasses being offered in the Middle East, Europe and Africa in the near future.
