Recently, I’ve observed a business leaving significant amounts of revenue as well as opportunities on the table, not due to a lack of interest, but because they treat relationships as mere tickboxes rather than valuable assets.

The truth is, your next breakthrough isn’t necessarily in your next meeting; it’s in a relationship you haven’t fully realised yet. Strong businesses are built on three foundational elements:

– Deepening trust with key partners
– Creating mutual value consistently
– Showing up when it matters most

Opportunities aren’t always out there; sometimes, they can be right in front of you, waiting for a different kind of investment.
