Stuart has worked in various sectors within the bakery and food industry for over 32 years, including as the executive Vice President for East Balt Inc, an international industrial bakery group. In this role, Stuart was part of the senior executive team responsible for the day-to-day operations in Western & Eastern Europe and Africa.
Stuart has actively worked developing the long-term business strategy in the Middle East, including being responsible for seeking out new joint ventures around the world.
Quality Management Associates
Our associates are successfully established in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector and have worked on projects specialising in supply chain strategy, quality systems, sustainability from “farm to fork” and are real leaders in this field.
They have a proven background in the technical food area, from product specifications to developing corporate policy for one of the major QSR operators, leading the field of expertise in Europe and supporting global initiatives for them.
